In February 2021, Richardson Healthcare embarked on an exciting journey with a veterinary center seeking to expand into a new facility. This partnership began with the sale of a heat exchanger crucial for their CT scanner.
Since that initial transaction, our commitment has extended far beyond providing just parts. Through our P3 program, we have offered comprehensive support that includes replacement parts, ongoing service, and preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure seamless operation.
Our involvement didn’t stop at the original site. We actively assisted in the installation of an Aquilion 64 CT scanner at their new location and will continue to support this advanced equipment to ensure it performs at its best.
