Meet Omar Lainez
1 – How long have you been with Richardson Healthcare?
I have been with the IMES/Richardson team for over 11 years.
2 – What are your hobbies/interests?
I enjoy traveling, hiking in the NC mountains, home improvement projects, and entertaining friends and family.
3 – What do you like most about working for Richardson?
It is great to work with a reliable team!
4 -Where/What is your dream vacation?
A European cruise
5 – Favorite customer success story? (after-hours)
A good customer of mine, who is an end-user, needed an engineer and I put him in touch with another good customer who was an engineer. Now the two of them have built a very successful working relationship in Mexico and both have remained my loyal customers. The engineer continues to support the end-user to this day.
6 – What’s been one of your proudest moments working at Richardson Healthcare?
I am proud to support and improve healthcare in Latin America. I also proud to have sold hundreds of complete systems throughout Latin America.
7 – What are five words (or less) of advice for others in your profession?
Patience, Professionalism, Listening, Problem Solving, and Keep Promises
8 – If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet?
My grandfather, Juan Mongradgon

Funny, Hardworking, and Honest

Work hard and have faith
